Leader training is an important component in the success of units and insures the quality of program to the youth of our district. The Dover Rockport District is taking a leadership role in the council-wide initiative of each unit will have 100% trained leadership for every unit.

Being a trained leader not only adds to the quality of the unit, but to the enjoyment of being a scouter.
